WELCOMING GUEST LOUNGES
As part of the prestigious Roland-Garros annual tennis tournament, I was commissioned to design several hospitality areas for BNP Paribas, the event’s official sponsor.
The brief was clear: create a refreshed visual identity for the BNP Paribas lounges that would reflect the brand while offering guests a welcoming and memorable experience.
To achieve this, I chose to work with the brand’s signature green as a primary base, enhanced by a vibrant twist of yellow inspired by the color of tennis balls — adding a playful and energetic touch to the space.
The furniture and materials were carefully selected to align with the overall art direction, combining soft textures, natural wood finishes, and graphic accents to evoke both elegance and informality. The layout encourages conversation, comfort, and fluid circulation, while subtle tennis references — such as the bookshelf filled with balls or thematic prints on the walls — immerse visitors in the atmosphere of the tournament without overwhelming the design.
This project balanced brand coherence, functional hospitality needs, and spatial storytelling, offering an elevated yet approachable experience for VIP guests during the event.
