INTIMATE VIP BAR
As part of the prestigious Roland-Garros annual tennis tournament, I was commissioned to design several hospitality areas, including an exclusive VIP rooftop lounge tucked away from public view atop the Philippe-Chatrier court.
The brief was clear: create an elegant bar and a welcoming lounge area tailored to high-profile guests. The concept immerses visitors in the vibrant atmosphere of the indoor bar, where soft lighting and refined materials set the stage for a timeless pause — all while enjoying world-class tennis in a serene and sophisticated setting.
Keywords: chic, elegant, intimate, welcoming, and warm.
One of the key challenges was to design a fully modular, removable bar, to be taken down during the 2024 Olympic Games and reinstalled afterward, allowing the space to be reconfigured throughout the year depending on the event.
